11/2007-08/2011 – Met with TRIO students bi-weekly to check school performance, and develop college and career plans. Prepared college readiness workshops to assist students in applying to college, and plan for a Chaperoned TRIO students on college campus visits to various universities in Texas and out of state. Maintained students’ records through BLUMEN database anp assist with Annual Performance Reports. Provided counseling and academic guidance to TRIO students with respect to college preparation.  Submitted written reports to the TRIO  supervisor and director at end of school year and upon request. Responsible for outreach, recruitment, tracking, follow-up plan (portfolios), and/or retention of TRIO participants.

08/2004-05/2007 – Taught Second graders and worked in a Team with teachers to collaborate and develop lessons for the students. Assisted students with after school tutoring and worked with students to participate in UIL Activities.
